Brush Strokes UK provides a wide range of cleaning services to its customers, all orders are placed in advance and can either be paid on advance or paid after services have been completed.
All cancellations must be received at least 48 business hours before the start of the booked service date. Refunds after this period will be subject to a £35.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (info@brushstrokes-uk.com) or by telephone (01582 890 088)
If pre-paid orders are cancelled before the 48 hour period then a full refund will be issued via Nochex's online payment service, this may take up to 7 days to complete depending on Nochex's own policies for refunds.
